Dean pours every ounce of his being into all projects he touches, and brings to every discussion, problem or opportunity, energy and a depth of practical experience to deliver better outcomes.

With the past 13 years in Pharma and Biotech, and prior 20 years across electronics manufacturing and consulting industries, I decided to change direction and share my passion and experience by helping others. My approach is designed to empower your teams and outfit them with the critical thinking, tools and insights they need to succeed. My Approach
My services include a range of capabilities from coaching, training, facilitation and delivery designed to help you identify and/or deliver your goals. This capability has been honed through a career including: Procurement; running a factory in China; 10 years of cross industry blue chip consulting; global functional transformations including Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance; and cost control applying tools such as Zero Based Budgeting and Should Cost Modelling. That’s how I will ensure your success.
