BennettInterim is led by Dean Bennett, a Procurement and Transformation professional who has spent the past 35 years relentlessly pursuing the art of continuous improvement on a global scale across a range of industries. Dean pours every ounce of his being into all projects he touches, and brings to every discussion, problem or opportunity, energy and a depth of practical experience to deliver better outcomes.
With the past 13 years in Pharma and Biotech, and prior 20 years across electronics manufacturing and consulting industries, I decided to change direction and share my passion and experience by helping others. My approach is designed to empower your teams and outfit them with the critical thinking, tools and insights they need to succeed.
